Mike Tobiason
Michael (Mike) Tobiason, a graduate of Montana State University, began his career in public accounting with the international accounting and consulting firm of KPMG in Midland, Texas. During his 5 year tenure with KPMG, Mike was an auditor providing independent audit services for a wide variety of public and private companies throughout the US. Mike joined the firm of Anderson ZurMuehlen in Montana where he practiced tax, audit, valuation and other consulting services during his 20 year tenure with the firm. Mike was a Shareholder, Office Vice-President, Director of the Consulting Business Unit and Board Member. Prior to the formation of AZADA CPA and acquisition of Arlint CPA, Mike was the VP of Finance and Secretary Treasurer for a Las Vegas based indoor hydroponic farm.
Mike specializes in small business and personal tax preparation, tax planning, business valuation, litigaiton support and expert testimony in financial, valuation and economic damage matters. Mike’s 30+ year career and diversity of work experience provides him the ability to assist his clients in meeting their desired business and personal financial outcomes.
